		<description>I would very much welcome any more information you can give me about &quot;PIDGEON D&quot;.  As far as I can tell, he/she was not born, married or died on the Isle of Wight, so must have come from &amp; returned to the mainland.  Neither do they appear on the Isle in the 1911 census. With a little more information, it may be possible to identify who this person was.
