Thomas Davies (Coastguard)

Davies family 

Thomas Davies, a coastguard stationed at Needs, Ore, also Lymington, Hayling Bridge, Southsea and Freshwater on the Isle of Wight. Born 1872 in Wales, he joined the Royal Navy and then the coastguard service. He also went to Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire before returning to the South coast. He had children born at some of these places, including one in 1917 whilst he was at Freshwater. He died on 13th May 1950.
